If you've searched any K-beauty product this year, you've met the phrase "Wonyoung pick." IVE's Jang Wonyoung — idol, Miu Miu ambassador, and the face launch strategists dream about — moves products the way few celebrities can. Her supposed skincare routine circulates endlessly on TikTok and Reddit, and "the lip combo Wonyoung uses" is a permanent search trend.
Here's the honest problem: most of those posts are guesses. Fan-attributed "she uses this" items are usually impossible to verify, and repeating them is how misinformation (and disappointment) spreads. So this guide does something different — it covers only what's publicly confirmed: the beauty contracts Wonyoung actually holds, the products her campaigns center on, and how to shop them at Olive Young. What's verified turns out to be plenty.
The verified lineup
1. innisfree — global brand ambassador (since 2021)
Wonyoung's longest-running beauty contract: Amorepacific named her innisfree's ambassador in July 2021, and she's fronted the brand's global campaigns ever since. The product most associated with her is the Green Tea Seed Hyaluronic Serum — her "#GoPlumpChallenge" campaign for it went viral on TikTok, putting a decades-old Jeju green-tea serum in front of a new generation. At Olive Young, innisfree's serum and its cream/toner siblings sit in the mid-price skincare aisle, and the serum is a frequent sale item.
2. AMUSE — the "Wonyoung look" in tint form (since 2023)
Vegan color brand AMUSE signed Wonyoung as its model in August 2023, and the partnership has run long enough that Korean business media now shorthands AMUSE as "the Wonyoung cosmetics brand" as it pushes overseas. This is the contract closest to her signature dewy, glassy aesthetic: the brand's Jel-Fit Tint and jelly-texture cushions anchor her campaigns, and a Daisy limited edition was built around her imagery. AMUSE is an Olive Young staple — the tint wall is where you'll find it.
3. medicube AGE-R — the beauty-device face (2026)
For the device era, APR cast Wonyoung as the model for its AGE-R line's newer boosters. Medicube's devices and skincare are among Olive Young's best-known derma offerings — a heftier purchase than a tint, and the one category here where we'd suggest reading independent reviews before spending.
The honest take: ambassador ≠ routine
Three things worth keeping straight before you shop:
- A modeling contract is not a skincare routine. Wonyoung promotes these products; that's confirmed. Whether they're what she reaches for off-camera is between her and her bathroom shelf — and idol skin also reflects genetics, professional care, and lighting no serum can bottle.
- The unverified lists are noise. If a product claim doesn't trace to a campaign, an interview, or her own content, treat it as fan fiction. We left out everything in that category — which is most of what circulates.
- The products stand on their own. The good news: green tea serum, jelly tints, and home devices are all popular with or without the star power. Buy them because the formula suits you, not because of a face on the shelf talker.
Shopping them at Olive Young
All three brands are core Olive Young stock, which makes a single-store haul easy. If you're planning one, our complete Olive Young guide covers sale timing (the quarterly Olive Young Sale is when serums like innisfree's drop hardest) and the tourist tax refund that takes another slice off. Budget version of this haul: an AMUSE tint. Full version: add the serum. Splurge: the AGE-R device — after you've read reviews.
And if what you're really after is the broader "idol glass skin" toolkit, our glass skin facial explainer covers what the look owes to treatments versus products — the part no shopping list includes.
